Geographical location of the vineyards: In Calvagese Riviera and Muscoline, medium hill (mt.260), cultivation with eco-friendly system.
Training system: Guyot.
Grapes used and processing: Chardonnay in purity (100%).
Harvest time: end of August. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates and then placed in horizontal rotary presses for soft crushing. The must is then separated from the lees by cold treatment to bring out its delicate aromas, with distinct notes of banana and peach.
Colour: emerald green with citrine-yellow highlights.
Aroma: intense floral and acacia bouquet.
Taste: dry, acidulous with a delicate aftertaste of ripe banana.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Qualification: Savoury, fruity white wine with delicate mineral nuances. It successfully accompanies delicate foods, from ham to cured meats in general, tasty bruschetta; pasta with Mediterranean sauces; shellfish soups; steamed or barbecued fish. Also excellent as an aperitif wine.
Serving recommendations: Serve chilled to 8°C - 9°C in tulip-shaped glasses in order to enjoy, even olfactorily, its extraordinary fruity and fresh bouquet.
