General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The terms and conditions for the sale of products marketed by Azienda Agricola Redaelli de Zinis on the website www.dezinis.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Any proposal, order, and confirmation of a product purchase order through this site is understood to be made with the acceptance of the following conditions. Azienda Agricola Redaelli de Zinis reserves the right to modify these general conditions without notice to the customer. The changes will be available on this same page.

General Conditions

  • Sale of Alcoholic Products: The sale of alcoholic products is prohibited to minors. Users of the website www.dezinis.it declare that they are of legal age according to the applicable legislation. If no such legislation exists, users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prices: All public prices include VAT, which is separately notified in the final order summary, and include any applicable duties, taxes, and charges in the destination country if it differs from Italy.
  • Product Availability: All wines listed in the online store are generally available at our location. (Rarely, some discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous sales at our location and online: in such cases, we will promptly notify you to modify your order or provide a possible refund).
  • Shipping Destinations: Currently, shipments are possible to Italy, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  • Order Fulfillment: We commit to processing orders within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Shipping will always be accompanied by a regular invoice, which will also be sent via email.
  • Shipping Costs: The price of the products is increased by the cost of each shipment, which will be clearly indicated and communicated before the conclusion of the Sales Contract, according to the following options, valid for deliveries throughout the national territory.
  • Price Changes: The prices listed on the site are subject to possible changes by Azienda Agricola Redaelli de Zinis without any obligation of prior notice to the Customer. Any increases may depend on rising production, transportation, material, or taxation costs. Sales Contracts concluded before the publication of these changes will apply the prices in effect at the time of order receipt.
  • Product Descriptions: Sensory descriptions of wines in technical sheets are purely indicative and do not constitute grounds for complaints. Product images are generally accurate, but sometimes changes to the bottle's appearance (format, label, capsule) are made without updating the online photo. The non-conformity of the product's appearance received to the site's image does not constitute grounds for complaints. Other images of our products associated with compositions and/or dishes are purely indicative of product presentation.

In Case of Damaged Shipment

If you receive visibly damaged packages from the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leakage from broken bottles), you can proceed as follows:

  • Multiple Packages: Reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier’s delivery note "With Reservation." We will then handle the return of the damaged package and resend it to you.
  • Single Package: If it is a single-package shipment (even a small pallet), reject the shipment to the sender. We will handle the return and replacement of the shipment.
  • Hidden Damage: If the damage is not visible externally and is discovered by the customer only upon opening the package (e.g., a single broken or cracked bottle), it is necessary to document the damage with a photo and send it to info@dezinis.it within 2 working days from the delivery date with a replacement request. In case the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a replacement or refund.

The shipping costs for returning the damaged goods to the sender and for delivering the replacement goods are entirely borne by Azienda Agricola Redaelli de Zinis.
