Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made on the website www.dezinis.it are subject to the provisions of the European Directive 2011/83/EU, which guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal

• Integrity of the Product: The purchased product must be substantially intact.
• Eligible Buyers: The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for individuals, excluding purchases made by resellers or entities that buy for resale to third parties.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Examination of the Goods: Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damages or tampering. The substantial integrity of the returned product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is recommended to pack the item carefully, using the original packaging.

Procedure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

• Withdrawal Notification: Send an email to info@dezinis.it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
  • Order number and order date
  • Invoice number
  • Products subject to withdrawal
  • Bank account details (IBAN code)
• Return Authorization: Wait for a response from our Customer Service authorizing the return.
• Shipping the Goods: After receiving authorization, ship the goods within 15 days to:

Refund Times Redaelli de Zinis commits to refund the customer within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, providing a credit for the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as shown on the invoice. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. This is in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 1, of the European Directive 2011/83/EU.
